Ross Hartmann is the founder and CEO of Kiingo AI, where he helps companies define, build, and implement their AI strategy through trainings, consulting, practical resources, and peer groups.

Since 2023, Ross has trained more than 4,000 executives across 600+ companies through Vistage and corporate programs, where his sessions are consistently top-rated. He's also designed AI programs for organizations like the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO), helping leaders adopt AI responsibly with attention to data security and governance.

Before founding Kiingo, Ross held hands-on engineering and architecture roles at ProMAX Systems and LifeScore Music, shipping production systems across storage automation, media management, and real-time generative music.

Ross is also the author of The Structure of Story, reflecting his commitment to accessible, repeatable frameworks— a philosophy he brings to AI adoption as well.
