Kiingo AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website.

We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and strive to adhere to the available standards and guidelines for accessibility. Our goal is to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across all pages and features of kiingo.com.

We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Recent accessibility improvements we have made include:

• Added ARIA landmarks to all navigation elements
• Fixed color contrast across all pages to meet the 4.5:1 minimum ratio
• Added aria-hidden to all decorative icons
• Fixed testimonial carousel ARIA roles
• Added descriptive labels to all interactive elements
• Ensured all form inputs have associated labels

Despite our efforts, there may be some areas of the website that do not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively addressing the following known limitations:

• Some older content may have incomplete heading hierarchy — we are reviewing all pages
• We are working to improve screen reader announcements for dynamic content

This website is built with Astro.js and relies on the following technologies for conformance:

• Semantic HTML5 elements for structure and meaning
• WAI-ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where appropriate
• CSS for visual presentation, without relying on CSS for conveying information
• Progressive enhancement to ensure content is accessible regardless of JavaScript availability

We test for accessibility using axe DevTools and conduct manual reviews with keyboard navigation. Accessibility features rely on modern browser support; for the best experience, we recommend using a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
