AI agent builds

AI agents built around work that matters.

Kiingo designs, builds, and tests agents for specific workflows, then deploys them inside your own systems, under your security controls and not ours, and equips your team to operate them.

Not every workflow needs an agent. We help leadership decide where one is worth building.

A miniature scene of a workflow run by AI agents: a stack of incoming work on one platform, three robots processing it at consoles on a second, and a team of colleagues approving the finished output at a review panel beside their own systems.

The decision standard

Build an agent when the work calls for one.

The useful question is where an agent can take on defined work without weakening control, quality, or accountability.

Does the work repeat in a recognizable way?

A clear trigger starts a consistent series of steps.

Can the agent reach information the team trusts?

The work depends on information and systems that are accessible enough to use.

Is it clear what still requires human approval?

People retain the decisions, approvals, and exceptions that should remain theirs.

Can we tell whether the result improved?

The team can see whether the work got faster or better.

If those answers are not clear, we prepare the work before building the agent.

That may mean improving the process, data, governance, or team capability first.

How the build moves

From selected workflow to working agent.

The build stays tied to the real work from the first definition through deployment and handoff.

  1. 01

    Define the work

Agree on the task, trigger, expected result, and success standard.

  2. 02

    Set the boundaries

Establish data access, permissions, human review, and exception handling.

  3. 03

    Build and test

Develop the agent and test it against real work before deployment.

  4. 04

    Deploy and hand off

Put it into your environment, document it, and equip your team to operate it.

Not every step inside an agent uses a model

Where a number has to be right, the agent reads the documents and structures what it finds, and ordinary code does the arithmetic. That line keeps a model from reasoning its way to a plausible wrong answer in a place nobody would think to check.

What this looks like

Agents built around complete pieces of work.

An agent takes responsibility for defined work inside a real workflow, within clear limits. It is not a chatbot.

Finance

Payment run control

Before a payment run releases, the agent checks the batch against vendor bank changes, duplicate invoices, holds, approvals, and cash timing, then flags what should not go out.

Human decisionRelease, hold, or remove payments from the run.
Legal

Contract obligation tracking

The agent reads executed agreements, pulls out the commitments, notice dates, and reporting duties, and turns each one into a task with a named owner and a due date.

Human decisionConfirm the obligation, the owner, and the date.
Operations

Customer promise integrity

The agent finds promises made in calls, quotes, and tickets, checks whether delivery can support them, and surfaces the ones at risk before the date slips.

Human decisionApprove the recovery plan or the customer message.
