The AI Bootcamp That Builds Real Capability

Everyone has the same AI tools. The difference is whether your people actually know how to use them. Six weekly workshops take your team from prompting to skills to working agents, each built on the work they already do.

Fluency is the first step. Turning it into systems your company actually runs on is the work that follows.

What Your Team Will Learn

Each week builds on the last, following the Prompt → Skill → Agent progression. A leadership strategy session closes the program.

Week 1

AI Foundations

  • Set up your AI effectively and develop your custom context prompt
  • Meet your capstone: one real workflow from your own work, built across the six weeks
  • Work with AI as a partner, not a crutch
  • Learn where it hallucinates so you can catch it

Outcome: A working context prompt and a capstone workflow chosen from your own job

Week 2

Learn Deeper, Think Broader

  • Prompting principles: be clear, be specific, provide context
  • Deep research tools and NotebookLM for multi-source research reports
  • Brainstorm with AI: diverge for variety, converge on the best ideas
  • Turn your context prompt into a reusable skill

Outcome: Multi-source research you can trust, and your first skill

Week 3

Information Analysis

  • Analyze your data with AI: upload a spreadsheet, or work right inside it
  • Build a Q&A project over your own documents — a reusable, pre-prompted assistant
  • Skills as training manuals that replicate your voice, formats, and brand
  • A few great skills beat many mediocre ones

Outcome: A document assistant you can reuse, and a skill library worth keeping

Week 4

Connectors, AI in Office & Your First Agent

  • Reach into your apps with connectors and MCP
  • Pause before granting write access — and know why

Week 5

Build Your Agent

  • Hands-on workshop: leave with one working skill and one scheduled task tied to your own work
  • The “immaculate result” principle
  • Kiingo’s RII framework: Research, Interview, Implement, Iterate
  • Calendar briefing agent walk-through, then build your own

Outcome: A working agent running on your own recurring work

Week 6

Capstone & the Frontier

  • Present your capstone: the problem, your prompt → skill → task, and the result
  • Plugins: bundle skills so your whole organization runs the same playbook
  • Browser control and agentic coding tools
  • Advanced skill features

Outcome: A finished capstone presented to your team, and a view of what comes next

Leadership Session

Strategy & Roadmap

  • AI strategy next steps and implementation planning
  • Troubleshooting what is getting in the way
  • Executive roadmap alignment across the company

Outcome: A company-wide roadmap and an identified internal AI champion
