Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy
Kiingo AI is committed to responsible email practices. This policy sets out our standards for the use of email and our domains, and prohibits the sending of unsolicited bulk or commercial email in connection with any Kiingo website or domain.

Our Commitment
We do not send, authorize, or condone unsolicited bulk email.
Kiingo AI does not advertise its websites or domains through spam. All commercial email we send is intended to comply with applicable law, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, and to reflect the standards described below.
Permission-Based Sending
We send commercial email only where we have a lawful basis to do so.
We send commercial and marketing email only where we have a lawful basis — for example, an existing business relationship, a direct request, or consent. Where we operate subscription lists, we use confirmed (opt-in) subscription practices and honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
Standards for All Messages
Every commercial message we send is intended to meet these standards.
- Use accurate, non-deceptive “From,” “To,” and routing information, and a subject line that reflects the content of the message.
- Identify the message as an advertisement where required.
- Include a valid physical postal address for Kiingo AI.
- Provide a clear and working way to opt out of future messages, with opt-out requests honored promptly.
Prohibited Activity
Prohibited in connection with any Kiingo website or domain — by us, our employees, contractors, affiliates, or any third party acting on our behalf.
- Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam).
- Using false, forged, or misleading header information or sender identities.
- Harvesting email addresses, or using purchased or non-consented address lists, in violation of applicable law.
- Sending messages that contain malware, phishing, or deceptive links.
Third Parties & Vendors
Anyone sending on our behalf must follow this policy.
We require any vendor or partner that sends email referencing a Kiingo website or domain to follow this policy and applicable law. We do not authorize any sender to advertise our domains through unsolicited messages.
Reporting Abuse
If you believe you have received an unsolicited or abusive message referencing a Kiingo domain, or want to report a violation of this policy, email us at abuse@kiingo.com (opens email app). We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removing recipients from any list and ending any non-compliant sending.
