AI Brain

Build an AI Brain for your company.

A language model brings general intelligence. An AI Brain supplies what it cannot: your company’s knowledge, operating history, and rules, organized into a current view of the business and available to your people and your agents under clear permissions.

A miniature circular platform with a faceted geometric core at its centre, one colleague adjusting a control at its base while another looks up at it.

Your company knows more than it can reach

Company knowledge sits in three places. It gets more valuable, and harder to reach, at every step.

  1. Reachable

    In your systems

Structured, current, and easy to query. Also scattered across a dozen tools that do not talk to each other.

  2. Hard to reach

    In documents and email

Findable if you already know it exists, and stripped of the context that made it make sense at the time.

  3. Out of reach

    In people’s heads

Why that exception was granted. Which warning signs matter. What was promised on the call. Rebuilt from scratch each time, and gone when they are.

Agents have the same problem. Nothing decides well on context that exists only in somebody’s memory.

What an AI Brain is

A living model of your company, built from the systems you already use: email, files, CRM, accounting, projects. Nothing to migrate, and nothing you are locked into: the Brain runs in your own cloud, you own the code, and you can walk away with it.

It organizes everything around what matters:

  • Customers and commitments
  • Projects and deadlines
  • Decisions, and why they were made
  • Your rules and permissions

So your people and your AI agents work from the same picture, and AI can do more than draft documents. It can watch the work, answer questions, flag risks, and take approved action.

A miniature round platform. On one side, an envelope, a stack of documents, a server, a folder and a chart panel each connect by a thin line to a small faceted glass polyhedron at the centre. On the other side, three colleagues and a white robot study a single floating timeline panel together.

You own it

A Brain is something you own. It is not a service you rent from us.

  • Your cloud, your code

The Brain runs in your own cloud account. You own the code, and you can revoke our access at any time.

  • No new app

Your people use it inside the AI tools they already work in, with their existing work sign-in.

  • Your data stays yours

We do not train models on your data. The model and the vendor behind it can be changed.

Control gets more precise

Giving AI access to company information is only safe when access is specific. The Brain is where those rules are set and enforced.

Access scoped to the work

Each person and each agent gets access based on role and purpose. Reaching one customer, workflow, or data type does not imply reaching the rest of the company. Default deny: if no rule allows it, the request is refused, and the refusal is recorded.

Every agent has an identity and an owner

You can say which agent acted, what information it used, what authority it held, and which named person is accountable for the result.

Evidence you can inspect later

Every answer shows its sources. Inside the Brain, every consequential action, approval, and correction is logged, so you can reconstruct what happened after the fact.

Authority is separated by kind

  • Suggesting an action
  • Drafting work
  • Communicating with another person
  • Making a commitment
  • Executing a transaction

An agent may have permission to draft an email without permission to send it. Another may send routine updates while escalating anything that changes a contract or commits money.

How it differs from what you already have

Each of these does one job well. The Brain works across all of them.

ChatGPT or Claude
Intelligence for the task in front of it.
Company context that persists across people, agents, and time.
A document repository
Stores the files.
Connects the facts inside them to customers, decisions, and workflows.
Enterprise search
Finds what already exists.
Watches for change and supports approved action.
A data warehouse
Holds data for reporting.
Carries rules, permissions, decision history, and workflow state.
A knowledge base
Articles people write and maintain.
Knowledge captured from the work itself, tied to its sources.
An AI agent
Performs one role or task.
The shared context many agents work from.

How an AI Brain gets built

  1. Connect

The first engagement is one workflow, named users, and a measured result, plugged into the systems your team already uses. It has a defined end, and the choice is yours: go further, change course, hold, or stop. If you stop, the Brain and its code stay with you.

  2. Grow

Once that first workflow proves useful, the Brain extends to more of the business and keeps itself current as work happens.

  3. Operate

Your team and your AI agents now work from one shared view of the company, within the permissions you set.

Your people are already building with AI on their own time. The Brain is what lets them build on company data with the right permissions in place. Most teams start with the Foundational Bootcamp first.

Start with one problem

  • A process that pulls from several systems
  • A decision that lives with one person
  • A report rebuilt by hand every month

Kiingo starts with a conversation to find yours, then builds the roadmap from there.
