Privacy Policy

We help businesses get real results from AI — and we think being clear about data is part of doing business right.

Effective: March 11, 2026
Last Updated: March 11, 2026
Incorporated in California

Kiingo AI, Inc. (“Kiingo AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is incorporated in California and helps businesses adopt and implement AI through training, enablement, and consulting services. When you visit kiingo.com or reach out to us, we collect some basic information — and this policy explains exactly what that is, how we use it, and how you can control it.

By using our website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you fill out a form, request a demo, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Name and job title
  • Business email address
  • Company name and size
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Any other information you choose to include in a message or form submission

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit kiingo.com, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and tracking technologies, including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring website or search terms used to find us
  • Browser type, operating system, and device type
  • IP address (used to approximate general location)
  • Interactions with page elements (clicks, scrolls, form visits)

Inferences

Our advertising partners (Meta and LinkedIn) may draw inferences from your browsing activity on our site — such as your interest in AI adoption services — to build advertising audiences. You can opt out of this at any time (see Section 5).

Sensitive Personal Information

When you visit kiingo.com, we may collect IP address–derived approximate geolocation data, which is considered “sensitive personal information” under California law. We use this data only to understand the general geographic regions our visitors come from and to measure advertising performance. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

Payment processing and client account management occur on separate platforms after you become a client and are governed by those platforms’ own privacy policies.

We use a cookie consent banner on our website. Non-essential tracking cookies (advertising and analytics) are only activated after you are given an opportunity to consent or opt out.

Information From Third-Party Integrations

If you connect with us through LinkedIn or other platforms, we may receive limited profile information as permitted by those platforms’ terms.

How We Share Your Information

How We Handle Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to other people or companies. We do share limited data with advertising platforms (Meta and LinkedIn) to measure ad performance and build audiences of people interested in AI adoption. Under California law, this type of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising is considered “sharing” even though no money changes hands. You can opt out of this sharing at any time through Your Privacy Choices in our website footer, or by sending a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser.

Beyond advertising measurement, we share information only with the vendors who help us run our business, and only to the extent they need it to do their job.

Service Providers

We use HubSpot (CRM and email), Google Analytics (website traffic), and Meta and LinkedIn (advertising measurement). Each receives only what they need for their specific role.

Note: Meta and LinkedIn may use data collected through their pixels to improve their own advertising products under their own privacy policies. You can opt out through their platform settings linked in the tracking table above, or through Your Privacy Choices in our footer.

Business Transfers

If Kiingo AI is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before any such transfer occurs.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or your safety.

5

Your Privacy Rights

California Residents (CalOPPA, CCPA & CPRA)

California law provides residents with specific privacy rights. You have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect about you

Request access to the personal information we hold about you

Request deletion of your personal information (subject to certain exceptions)

Request correction of inaccurate personal information we have about you

Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising

Limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to provide our services

Non-discrimination for exercising any of your privacy rights

Use a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal — we honor it as a valid opt-out

To exercise these rights, contact us at websitecontact@kiingo.com or submit a request through our Your Privacy Choices page. We will respond within 45 days. You do not need to create an account to make a request.

How We Verify Your Identity

To protect your information, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request to know, delete, or correct your data. This may include confirming your email address and providing additional details that match the information we have on file. We will not ask you to create an account to submit or verify a request.

California residents may also submit a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request by clicking Your Privacy Choices in our website footer.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide written authorization signed by the consumer, and we may still require the consumer to verify their identity directly with us.

Email Opt-Out

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing websitecontact@kiingo.com. We will process your request within 10 business days. Transactional emails related to active services may continue.

Cookie Preferences

You may manage your cookie preferences at any time using Your Privacy Choices in the footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal automatically — if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out from advertising cookies without any additional action required from you.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. We do not currently respond to DNT signals because there is no industry standard for how to interpret them. However, we do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which serves a similar purpose and is recognized under California law as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information.

6

Data Retention

  • Form submission data: Retained in HubSpot until you request deletion
  • Website analytics data: Google Analytics 4 data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default setting)
  • Email marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Client records: Retained until you request deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., tax or accounting obligations)
  • Advertising pixel data: Controlled by Meta and LinkedIn under their respective retention policies; you can manage this through their platform settings or by opting out via Your Privacy Choices in our footer
7

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

9

Children’s Privacy

Our services are directed to business professionals and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at websitecontact@kiingo.com and we will delete it promptly.

10

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and notify you if required by law.
