Cookie and Third-Party Technology Notice
Last Updated: April 28, 2026
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. We also use similar browser storage, such as local storage, for limited first-party site preferences and requested features. We use a limited number of third-party services that may receive information from your browser when you choose to interact with certain site features. This notice covers cookies, local storage, and those third-party technologies.
How We Use These Technologies
We use on-site technologies for a few distinct purposes:
- Essential and functional: Remember your cookie preference, support basic site operation, and remember feature choices you make on the site.
- Analytics: Measure site performance and traffic after you accept the cookie banner.
- Marketing: Run advertising and campaign measurement tools after you accept the cookie banner.
- User-initiated third-party services: Support features you choose to use, such as AI Workflow Library semantic search, playing a YouTube video, or continuing to newsletter signup in Beehiiv.
Current Technologies and Services in Use
Not every item below loads on every visit. Some load only after cookie consent, and some load only after you choose to use a specific feature.
| Provider | What It Does | When It Runs | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kiingo AI | Stores your cookie preference in kiingo_cookie_consent_v1. | Always active | Essential |
| Kiingo AI | Stores AI Workflow Library shortlist selections in kiingoWorkflowShortlist so the workflows you choose remain available for comparison in your browser. This value contains workflow slugs only and is not sent to Kiingo unless you separately choose to share it. | Only after you add a workflow to your shortlist | Functional local storage |
| Kiingo AI / OpenAI | Processes AI Workflow Library semantic search queries to generate embeddings and rank relevant workflows. Do not include confidential, sensitive, or personal information in search queries. | Only after you submit a semantic search query | User-initiated service |
| Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads | Measure traffic, campaign performance, related analytics, and consented AI Workflow Library search-quality events. Search-quality events may include sanitized search terms when results appear unhelpful so Kiingo can improve the workflow catalog. | Only after you accept the cookie banner | Analytics / Marketing |
| Ahrefs | Provides website analytics and performance measurement. | Only after you accept the cookie banner | Analytics |
| Meta, Apollo, LinkedIn | Provide advertising and campaign attribution tools. | Only after you accept the cookie banner | Marketing |
| HubSpot | Receives contact or webinar form submissions only when you have already accepted cookies or separately opt in on the form itself. | Only after your direct submission and consent/opt-in | User-initiated service |
| YouTube | Hosts embedded training and product videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. | Only after you press play on a video | User-initiated service |
| Beehiiv | Hosts newsletter signup and manages newsletter delivery, subscription preferences, and unsubscribe handling. | Only after you choose to continue to Beehiiv signup | User-initiated service |
Your Choices and Control
You provide your analytics and marketing consent through the banner. You can change that preference at any time using the link below.
Declining cookie consent prevents consent-gated analytics and marketing tags from loading, including AI Workflow Library search-quality analytics. It does not prevent you from contacting Kiingo, signing up for webinars, or using other core site content. Functional local storage for user-requested features, such as remembering your AI Workflow Library shortlist in this browser, may still be used when you choose to use that feature. Some user-initiated features, such as semantic workflow search, playing a YouTube video, or continuing to Beehiiv signup, still connect to those providers because you chose to use that feature.
You can also typically manage cookies through your browser settings.
